Domestic Shipping Policy

CAVERLEYSHOES.COM only ships to addresses within the U.S., and U.S. Territories.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Once your fancy new shoes are on their way to you will be emailed a tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

CAVERLEYSHOES.COM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

CAVERLEYSHOES.COM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We are happy to offer refunds and exchanges on full price products.
  • Any discounted items are considered a sale item and eligible for exchange or store credit only. no refunds
  • Returns are only eligible for items purchased on Caverleyshoes.com.au or caverelyshoes.com within 14 Days of purchase. If an item is purchased through one of our amazing retailers we kindly ask you return the item through them.

TO RETURN AN ITEM simply email us at info@caverleyshoes.com and provide us with the below:

2: Your reason for the return

  • We will then email you back with an RA (Returns Authority number) and instruction on how to return.
  • Please allow us 1 business day to reply to your returns request
  • All returns must be in original condition with no scuff marks or indication of wear. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface if you wish to return.
  • Please ensure no damage is done to the shoe box as this item will most likely go back into our stock for resale. Item must be returned in original shoe box with dust bag.
  • Exchanges/Refunds will only be processed once goods reach our warehouse and are of acceptable condition. If the condition of the shoes or shoe box is not acceptable then the item will be returned to you.
  • Refunds are processed in the manner in which payment was made.
  • In the event your item arrived faulty (Not including general wear and tear) please email us within 2 days of delivery with a copy of your order, description and images of the fault.
  • Faulty items will be sent back to our warehouse and a refund will be issued once an assessment is done.

    Shipping your return

    • All returns are at customers expense. Item can be sent using your preferred method of shipping. Caverley shoes are not liable for any loss of an item being returned so we strongly advise to use registered mail. (Please make sure you keep a copy of the tracking number for your own reference)
